Who Sees the Darkness?

Papaji

When you see the darkness you must be in the light in order to see the darkness. You can’t see the darkness while in darkness. You are the seer of the darkness and the darkness is the object, so you must be the Light. When you face away from the light you see only your shadow, the darkness. Turn toward the light and you will see only light, not your shadow. Turn your back on the shadow and face the light. This is up to you now. If you see the illusion you are Enlightened, but if you think that you are enlightened you are in the illusion! (giggles) So find out who sees the darkness. Who sees the darkness? To whom is darkness an object of sight? Find out now, who sees the darkness.

You must stay Quiet to find this and do not make any effort. Keep still. Then there will be no darkness. Don’t even stir a thought of the darkness in your mind.
